What are your bookkeeping fees?
We offer flat monthly pricing based on business complexity. Most small businesses fall into a predictable monthly range, so there are no surprise hourly bills. For a precise quote, we’ll review your books during the consultation process.
What bookkeeping services do you provide?
We manage your books through QuickBooks Online. We handle transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, cleanup of past periods, monthly financial statements, and basic guidance on what your numbers mean. We don’t file income taxes, but we prepare clean books your tax professional can rely on.
What if I need a catch-up or clean up on my books?
If you have fallen a little behind or need a full overhaul of your books, we can help. We can quote a one-time project or incoporate your needs into an initial onboarding fee and then move forward with monthly services.
How are documents shared with you?
We use secure, cloud-based tools so you can upload bank statements, receipts, and other documents from anywhere. You can either provide us with view-only access to your bank feeds or send us the statements yourself. No mailing paperwork or in-person drop-offs required.
When will I get my monthly reports?
Monthly reports are delivered by the 10th of every month. If you only need quarterly or yearly reports, we can do that.
Do you provide tax preparation?
We are not CPAs and do not provide tax preparation. If you would like to connect us with your CPA, we will work with them to ensure they have the information they need to file your taxes.
